We collect items from the post code areas below FREE of charge and further afield by special arrangement.

(Please note we work in different areas on different days of the week but our office team will do their best to book in the earliest collection we have available.)

We collect items that meet legal (Trading Standards & Fire Regulations) and our requirements.  We are always grateful if you can drop items off, as this helps keep our costs down.

We are registered for gift aid and if you are a UK tax payer please let us know so we can claim gift aid on your donation.

We accept most furniture items, provided they are in reusable condition and do not have too much wear and a free from rips and tears

We accept all sizes of appliance from kettle to ovens to fridge-freezers, as there are always families in need of them. Even if yours has a fault, we can still accept it as we have engineers that will run tests and fix anything that needs it.

As well as furniture and white goods, we accept many other items. We gladly take clean bedding and covers as well as kitchen utensils and crockery as these items get passed on to families in need of help. 

We also take other small items such as lamps, flat screen TVs (must have remote), rugs, curtains, other small electrical items and bric-a-brac. We don’t have a great deal of space so can only accept a box or two of these items from donors. Please note we cannot send a van out for smaller items.  We ask that, if possible, they be brought to us.
